Characterized by our dedicated "Point Man Service," our commitment to tenant satisfaction is driven by our personal, attentive and hands-on approach to property management and problem resolution. Our building operators are experienced, trained and empowered to deal proactively with any issues or questions that may arise, within 2 hours of receiving a call.
All incoming calls are electronically logged and monitored to ensure that your concerns are dealt with before they have the chance to develop into larger problems. And if a satisfactory resolution can't be obtained at the initial contact, concrete deadlines will be set to deal with the issue as rapidly as possible.
