Our "Point Man Service" characterizes Colonnade Development's commitment to personal and attentive service. Our experienced, trained property management staff are required to respond to customer issues and provide proactive maintenance support within 2 hours of receiving a call.
All incoming calls are electronically logged and monitored to ensure that tenant concerns are resolved before they develop into larger problems. If a satisfactory resolution can't be obtained initially, deadlines are set and the tenant is kept informed, ensuring that they always feel that their issues are being dealt with.
