This software integrates property management, financial reporting and a centralized database into one web-based system. Fully integrated with the commercial workflow, Yardi Systems® tracks construction, maintenance, budgets, lease charges, and CAM. In addition, an integrated general ledger provides an extremely flexible account structure, with customized reports, drill down capability, and simultaneous cash and accrual accounting. All of this can be designed to satisfy any owner’s reporting requirements and easily accessed by the owner through the web.

In addition, all documentation is digitally stored using Xerox’s Docushare™, the newest in automated workflow and approval systems. Docushare™ provides the owner with web-based access to all supporting documents.
