Now Leasing For Fall Opening 2010

Colonnade Development is developing 42 acres of this 87 acre site, located at the intersection of Highway 416 and Highway 43, to provide retail services to the Kemptville area. Wal-Mart Canada has purchased a portion of the site and is scheduled to open in 2012.

The remaining 45 acres is available for lease, sale, and/or build-to-suit for other commercial uses.

We are currently leasing retail space for opening in Fall 2010.

Kemptville is located approximately 45 kilometers south of Ottawa. It is the largest community between Ottawa and Highway 401 that is situated along Highway 416.
