Colonnade Development is developing 42 acres of this 87 acre site, located at the intersection of Highway 416 and Highway 43, to provide retail services to the Kemptville area.
The remaining 45 acres is available for lease, sale, and/or build-to-suit for other commercial uses.
We are currently leasing retail space for Spring 2009.
Kemptville is located approximately 45 kilometers south of Ottawa. It is the largest community between Ottawa and Highway 401 that is situated along Highway 416.
