Now Leasing For Summer 2008
Colonnade Development is developing this 17 acre site, located at the intersection of Highway 7 and McNeely Avenue, to provide over 140,000 square feet of retail services to the Carleton Place area.
Carleton Place Colonnade will include Staples Business Depot, Blockbuster Video, TD Canada Trust, Starbucks, LCBO and a 60,000 square foot RONA.
The site is well suited for home improvement, retail and fast food/restaurant uses. We are currently leasing retail space for Summer 2008.
Carleton Place, considered “cottage country,” has a population of 9,083 and is growing at a rate of 7.1%. This site has a daytime traffic of over 18,160 vehicles and is a major commuter arterial.
