Carleton Place Colonnade is Colonnade Development’s first retail development, developed on a 17 acre site located at the intersection of Highway 7 and McNeely Avenue in Carleton Place, Ontario.
The initial phase of the development has been completed and includes approx. 106,000 square feet of retail space, housing national and regional retailers including a RONA, Staples, LCBO, TD Canada Trust, Blockbuster Video, Broadway Bar and Grill, Telus Mobility, Back on Track Physiotherapy, CCAC, Shawarma Place, and a dental office.
The final phase of the Carleton Place Colonnade is currently under construction and available for lease, accommodating an additional 25,000 square feet.
Carleton Place, considered “cottage country,” has a population of 9,083 and is growing at a rate of 7.1%. This site has a daytime traffic of over 18,160 vehicles and is a major commuter arterial.
