Colonnade to Re-Develop Britannia Plaza

Colonnade Development has been contracted by Montblanc Investment Corporation of Toronto to oversee the redesign, leasing and redevelopment of Britannia Plaza.

Situated at the north-east corner of Richmond Road and Poulin Avenue, Britannia Plaza is a 55,000 square foot retail plaza located at 1465-1493 Richmond Road in the west end of Ottawa.

The Colonnade Group of Companies will immediately assume the leasing for the project and will work with the owner to redevelop the 7,500 square foot retail pad that was previously destroyed by fire. In addition, a new facade is proposed in parallel with the new leasing direction and is intended to attract better quality retail and service businesses to take advantage of the traffic on Richmond Road and in the marketplace. Current principal tenants include Rainbow Natural Foods and Rogers Video.
