Description:
Reporting directly to the Vice President of Leasing, the successful candidate will assist with the day-to-day activities of both of our retail and commercial leasing and sales departments.
This opportunity would include document preparation and coordination of monthly reports along with minutes of meetings. In addition, you will liaise with other internal departmental disciplines of the Company such as Property Management, Construction, Operations, and Finance.
Qualifications:

The Building Operator will report directly to the Property Manager and will be responsible for the maintenance and day-to-day operations of a designated property portfolio, as well as establishing and maintaining positive relationships with the Tenants. Working in a team environment, the Building Operator will assist in maintaining the integrity of all assets within the Colonnade Development owned/managed property portfolio.
The Building Operator is responsible for performing daily duties to various degrees to ensure a smooth building operation at each of their properties within their designated portfolio.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Industry related designation preferred, but not required
- Willingness to pursue continuing education towards industry related designations
- Minimum three (3) years experience in all areas of building operations, including HVAC systems, building controls, mechanical, electrical etc.
- Possess a valid drivers license and an accident free driving record

- Self motivated
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve quality results

Apply web application programming knowledge to develop and maintain software. Maintain and update existing websites and custom internal web applications.
