Background:
A public tender process through Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) was used to secure a long-term lease for this government department.
The Challenge:
To construct a new facility that would be extremely competitive on a cost and price basis against existing buildings
The Solution:
The contract was awarded to Colonnade Development through the PWGSC tender process, based primarily on our reputation for fast-track development and delivery. Agriculture Canada obtained their new premises in just 28 weeks from site mobilization - the same amount of time that they had allocated for moving into an existing facility.
