Our Background

Founded in 1985, Colonnade Development is an Ottawa, Ontario-based provider of complete real estate solutions, with a unique focus on customer service and value-added expertise. Together with our affiliate, we offer fully integrated commercial real estate services ranging from development and construction, to property management and leasing.

Our personality is a reflection of the reputation of our chairman: personable, attentive, trustworthy and reliable. From national financial institutions to local independent businesses, our approach has always been to view all of our customer projects and joint venture development opportunities as true "partnerships," that rely on shared communication and a common goal.

Today, Colonnade Development is the most active design-builder in the Ottawa region. Since our founding, we have developed and constructed nearly 2.8 million square feet of new suburban office real estate - more than anyone else in the area. We are also the only company in the region that offers a complete package of Build-To-Suit real estate services in-house. Our extensive experience with property ownership, management, development and construction has allowed us to combine all these capabilities into a complete, cohesive unit of services for the success of our clients.
